DELIVERY

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  You can check the Order Lookup page as well to check the status of your order.

I PLACED MY ORDER, AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We create most of our products to order, just for you, in our warehouse. Orders typically take about 7-14 business days to produce, then an additional 3-7 business days to ship.  Some specialty items ship internationally and may take a bit longer.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

Depending on the postal carrier you select, and your proximity to our warehouse, shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days, unless the address is an APO/FPO.

WHAT DOES “AWAITING FULFILLMENT” MEAN?

“Awaiting Fulfillment” means that we have received your order, and it will soon be put into our line of production. As soon as it is put into production, the status will change to “Awaiting Shipment.”

WHAT DOES “AWAITING SHIPMENT” MEAN?

“Awaiting Shipment” means that your order is currently in production. This process usually takes between 5-7 business days. Once you entire order has been created and double checked, it will be shipped out.

WARRANTY

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at support@barnyardgift.com and speak to a representative. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Your item cannot be worn or washed and you will need to send your item back to:

We will email you once we receive it and process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 48 hours.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY PRODUCT?

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons. If you find yourself in a position where you needs to exchange an item from your order there are a few things you need to be aware of.

You has received a bad print or defective product

In the event that something slips past quality control we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. In order to receive a replacement product the you needs to simple provide us a picture of the product in question and the name on the order and email it to support@barnyardgift.com

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Please provide the your name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
